Lifeline Fire Extinguisher Servicing, understanding the service labels on your bottle

Lifeline have very specific instructions relating to frequency of servicing, the lifetime expiry dates on bottles, and where Lifeline extinguishers should be serviced – they must always be serviced by a Lifeline approved agent.

With a view to helping you in understanding the servicing requirements of your own Lifeline extinguisher, we’ve produced this document so that you'll know what to look for on the main labels and service labels of your bottle.

As a servicing agent, whilst we service almost all Lifeline extinguishers, we need to know what information is on your label before you send us your bottle. We will then confirm whether or not we’re able to service your particular bottle.

In addition to the main label (above) there will also be a service label on the bottle (see below). This service label will only be found on bottles which have previously been serviced by a Lifeline approved service agent.

In addition to the main label (above) there will also be a service label. All Zero 2000 & Zero 360 Technical List 16 bottles MUST have a service label as well as the main label, even from new. Without a Lifeline service label we are unable to carry out a service.
